Accommodation
The house itself consists of three bedrooms, two kingsized, one with an en-suite shower room and the other en en-suite bathroom, and a twin bedroom. There is electric heating throughout the property, the cost of which is included in the price. The living area is open plan with a spacious comfortable seating area, a dining table with seating for six and a modern fully equipped kitchen. There is a large entrance hall, walk in cloakroom and fully fitted utility room, all with underfloor heating, a main bathroom and small garden toilet. The property to the front has a raised decking area with glass balustrades and access from the two kingsized bedrooms and livingroom through large patio doors. The deck has steps leading to the front garden and a ramp leading to the hard standing parking area.

The house is equipped and furnished to a very high standard with the emphasis on a modern contemporary theme. The two en-suites and main bathroom benefit from wet-walling, underfloor heating, mood lighting and a multi-room audio system. Additionally the main and en-suite bathrooms have jacuzzi baths, with separate integrated waterproof televisions. The living area has a modern Jotul wood burning stove, (a log store is situated to the rear of the house stocked for the duration of your stay) and its own multi media system with music and DVD servers. This system is replicated in the master bedroom allowing guests to experience a full multi-room audiovisual setup should they wish.

The kitchen has all the equipment that guests would expect in a property of this high standard, with gas hob, double oven, frost-free fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The utility room is equipped with washing machine and tumble drier and there is ample storage throughout the house.

Guests are welcome to explore the grounds throughout their stay. The house is situated on a hill with landscaping to the front and to the sides. For families, there is a safe wood bark children’s play area in the grounds with a Caledonia Play Log climbing frame, swings, chute and a see-saw/roundabout. There is a less accessible wooded area to the rear where some care should be exercised but from where spectacular views can be had.
